Account and subscription information: If you make in-app purchases through Apple, Apple may provide us with limited information related to subscription status (for example, transaction identifiers and whether a subscription is active), as described by Apple.
Device and diagnostic information: To keep the service stable and secure, we may collect device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, or aggregated usage statistics, only as permitted by law and to the minimum extent necessary.
Information you send us: When you email support, we process the content of your message and your email address so we can respond and assist you.

We do not use this information for purposes that are clearly unrelated to those described in this Policy without your consent where consent is required.

3. VPN and traffic data

VPN services involve network connections. We aim not to keep logs that could be used to identify your personal browsing activity (for example, we do not retain your full browsing history in a way that is linked to your identity over the long term). Short-lived, technical connection metadata may exist for connectivity and troubleshooting and is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period. Subscription payments are processed by the Apple App Store. Payment card and related details are handled by Apple under its privacy policy; we do not collect your full payment card number. We encourage you to read Apple’s Privacy Policy.

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy and use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
