Terms of Service

Welcome to VPN Russia (the “App”). The service is provided by HONG KONG SEJAHTERA TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or the “operator”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) before you use the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The service

VPN Russia is a virtual private network (VPN) application for iOS devices. Features, available regions, and server capacity may change with updates and are as described in the App Store and as actually provided.

2. Subscription plans (weekly)

We offer the following auto-renewing subscription (the product name in the App Store may differ):

Weekly subscription: Priced at USD $9.99 per 7-day period ($9.99 / week), or the equivalent local currency price shown in the App Store in your region. Each period is one week from the time you confirm purchase, and renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel as described below.
Auto-renewal: Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your subscription renews for the same period and price. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings.
Free trials and promotions: If the App Store offers a limited free trial or promotional price, the conditions shown at purchase apply. After the trial, the subscription becomes paid at the stated price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices. Where required by law, we will notify you in a reasonable manner before changes take effect; if you do not agree, you may cancel before the new price applies.

Payment is charged by Apple to your Apple ID. Refunds, billing disputes, and Family Sharing rules are also governed by Apple’s Media Services Terms.

3. License and restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App only on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You may not reverse engineer, circumvent, or distribute unauthorized copies of the App, or use the service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.

4. Support and contact

We provide technical support and customer assistance (“Support”). If you have issues with the App, your subscription, or connectivity, you can reach us as follows:

Please use the subject line “VPN Russia Support” and include your device model, OS version, app version, and a description of the issue so we can help efficiently. We aim to reply within reasonable business hours but do not guarantee an immediate response.

Note: Only use the official support email above (a proper mailto: address). Do not treat unrelated web URLs as an email address, and do not send sensitive information to addresses not published in these Terms.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. VPN speed and stability depend on network conditions, carrier policies, and third-party services; we do not guarantee connectivity or speed in every situation.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time. If you materially breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitations of liability and governing law) will remain in effect.

7. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of incorporation, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that cannot be waived. Disputes may be brought before competent courts where permitted. If you are a consumer, you may have non-waivable rights under the laws of your country of residence.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated Terms will be posted on this page. For material changes, we may notify you through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the App on this subject and supersede prior understandings. If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
